Some of the most important documents in any manufacturing plant are the plant layout drawings. Without an accurate and up-to-date plant layout, it is impossible to efficiently plan for expansions, production changes, new equipment installations, and rearrangements. Having an accurate CAD layout or model of your facility not only aids in the up-front planning process, but also saves valuable time and money on the plant floor during equipment installations. Because time is money, an accurate layout ensures that millwrights and contractors don’t lose valuable time on the floor trying to make things fit in unexpected situations.
Integrity Design has developed and maintained accurate plant layouts for several major automotive manufacturers, as well as facilities in the aluminum foundry and processing, copper wiring, and electronic media industries. Our CAD designers can not only help you with field verification of current conditions for future planning, but also have the hands-on experience to help with the planning process from start to finish.
While our standard CAD format for plant layouts is the AutoCAD® .dwg format, we also provide 3D modeling services using Solid Edge, Solid Works, and Pro-E for projects where 3D rendering is required. Our structural building models can also be provided in Visual Analysis® model formats.
In addition to our current basic services offered, we are always willing to grow and expand our services in accordance with the particular needs of our clients.
